I have already searched the internet for instructions myself and was unable to find them hence me contacting Fixya.com.
Does this mean that you are unable to help me and I will therefore not be charged for this information as your suggestion doesn't solve the problem.

Ok thanks, but the response doesn't solve my problem.
The reason for contacting Fixya.com is so that I do not have to purchase the whole service manual on an oven where this is the first problem in 9 years, I rather expected you guys to know what was in the manuals and advise me on just the part I needed rather than referring me to something on the internet that would cost more money.
Plus the manuals you have refered to me do not actually match the Oven model number I have and therefore could not be sure they are right either. From searching the internet the AKZ151/IX appears to be completely different from other versions of the AKZ151/??.
Sorry but how do I declare that I am not satisfied.
