There is no available instruction yet in the internet for programming a 2008 KIA model keyless remote.
It would still be best if you take your car to your dealer and let them program your keyless remote.


There is an instruction available for a 2006 model. It might be worthy to try it on your keyless remote.

I'm thinking that your keyless remote is interfering with your factory installed remote lock/security system. When the alarm is set using the key fob, the vehicle should not start without a key in the ignition. Check with your owner's manual and, if necessary, the dealership.
