Error #441 is caused by poor line quality accross the telephone line or faxing to a non-compatible fax. Try faxing to someone else as a test, if it still happens, try moving the fax to a different phone jack. You can also try faxing at a differn't time. Also try replacing the phone cord attached to the fax.

In all cases it's either phone line, phone cord or non-compatible machines (old fax on receiving side).

Sending fax error message."Phone

No. Most of the time this "phone line error" can be caused by the telephone connection or issue on the phone line where the fax machine is connected.
Hope this will help.

Error 441 seems to take all pages but receiver get aapx. 1 paragraph & the rest is blurred - same incoming

This means that an error occurred during transmission after one or more partial pages were sent. The sending machine was unable to restart the control channel connection(handshake) before sending more data. This error typically occurs when the receiving fax disconnects after receiving part of a page. It can also be caused if the receiving fax is using a fax format incompatible with the HP fax (usually during color faxing) or the line speed drops to an unacceptable level.

Solutions

Check that the phone cord is plugged in correctly and is not cut, creased or damaged.

Make sure that the phone connection terminal box is not damaged and that the cable connecting to it is not damaged.

Try the fax at a different time when telephone line conditions have improved.
