The internal screen on my LG enV3 is completely black. I turn on the phone, the verizon screen comes up and then it stays black. I have spent hours searching the computer for a solution yet I can't find anything. The phone has not been dropped and has been taken care of very well.

I have the env Touch and the Jabra Halo. Initially, I had a problem pairing the two, then I realized that I was not following the directions properly. The manual shows two sections for pairing ("first time pairing" and "later pairing"). I was following the instructions for the former when I should have been following the latter. I also failed to notice that the BT indicator was flashing blue and not solid blue, as it needs to be, for pairing mode. So, if you haven't already done so, follow the instructions for "later pairing" here. Make sure that you see the SOLID blue light on the BT indicator on the headset when you try to pair.

Dropping it may have dislodged one of the internal components. I would bring it to the Verizon store and see if they can fix it or give you a new phone.
