This is merely a video on how to reset the second hand on your Marine Star.

But perhaps it has some information that will be helpful to you.

Bulova's manual for setting the 90A07 is a Technical Letter, Book No. 442, Model 3S10.

Otherwise, the movement in the watch is a Caliber 3530 by Miyota, and Miyota and Citizen publish an instructions and repair manual for it.

Click on your model and you will see a page with information on the watch which includes operating instructions which you can download.

Go to http://www.bulova.com/brands/bulova/product.aspx?origin=collection&sku=96B113&brand=bulova and look at the list of Marine star watches but not the model you have.

I suggest you look through the models the show and select the one that looks similar to yours and click on the watch to get details, which should include operating instructions.

The instructions seem simple enough and if the watchfails to operate correctly, I suggest that you return it under the warranty.

While I can find "Marine Star" in the list of models, I could not find one with the same refernce number.

if you want a original you need the serial number of the back...try bulovas website or ebay worldwide...from the picture it looks like you will need a original as it looks like its integral to the watch case so prob bulova only try them direct before going to a jewelers or watch repair company...
