Washer will stop after rinse cycle and says OE. Then is will not drain rinse water.

OE error code indicates that the washer is unable to drain the water it used during the wash cycle. OE can be triggered by a kinked drain hose or a clogged drain pump filter..... please clean drain hose back side of washing machine.. Thank you

Keeping in mind that the soap & bleach gets dispensed into your wash on the second to last rinse cycle and that most all rinse cycles are in cold water. Is your cold water valve screen plugged causing your washer to rinse poorly? Are you using the HE detergent? If not maybe the washer is sudsing up to much and having a hard time rinsing all the suds and bleach out and leaving the clothes soapy.

Fill the washer up with no clothes in it on a cold/cold wash setting does it take a long time to fill the washer up? Also when it is full and agitating is there suds in the washer?

Last suggestion is if the drain is hose is a lot higher than the top of the washer it might have a hard time draining out all of the soap water before the next load

if you go to spin only cycle, does it drain and then spin? if yes, then most likely control board.

OE is a drain error and is displayed when the washer is unable to drain water. Please check the drain hose and drain pump filter located inside the front bottom for any clogs to clean the error. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

The code OE is a draining error. The washer has sensed that the water has not completely drained all of the water within 10 minutes and will display this error code. The grinding noise you are describing is most likely a failed drain pump or clogged with foreign debris.

1. Locate your drain pump access door on the front of the machine.
2. Clean out the filter area.

If you are unable to resolve the issue by cleaning, I would recommend replacing the drain pump.

You may have to inspect the entire drain system back to the pump, it may be partially clogged. When the unit drains it should drain a substantial amount of water. View the drain discharge, if it appears the discharge rate is not what it used to be, inspect the drain system

I think your "OE" is really a "DE" or drain error. Open the access door on the lower left of the front panel on the machine, drain the remaining water with the small drain hose there, and unscrew and remove the larger thing, which is a filter. Clean filter. If filter was not blocked, check for loose impeller on drain pump motor, which requires replacement of drain pump motor. (just sticking it back on will result in it coming off again)
