This was provided by a Haupagge technical support professional as the correct drivers AND application needed to utilize the 44801 card. I emailed them personally and he replied with the following link. It does have both (and both are required) drivers and the application download:

The downloads work perfectly with no garbage integrated - just click the "Download" buttons for both components.

Here is probably only drivers for windows xp depending how old
