Hi, i have cp2025 printer and it giving an error 58.04 could you please help thanks

Solution or Workaround:
NOTE: Replace the low voltage power supply before replacing the fuser or fuser power supply.

A firmware upgrade is available on www.hp.com that will solve this issue.

If the error will not clear after the firmware upgrade, replace the low voltage power supply.

If the error continues, replace the fuser power supply.

If the error still continues, replace the fuser.

Cause:

Low voltage power supply malfunction.

Dear Expert, I Have a new HP Colour Laserjet Printer CP2025,after Powering on there is a Error message 59.80.What could be the possible problem for this message.Please advise. Thanks and regards.
This indicates that there is a main motor error.
First check that all the toner cartridges are ok by removing them and then rotate gearing on toner cartridge just a small way to see that it is not stuck. I have found generic cartridges do seize at times and this could give the error.
Also remove fuser assembly and turn the gearing to make sure that is ok.
If all of the above are ok, then you have a defective main motor.

I install a HP color laserjet CP2025 printer occording to the manual but i got a error like (58.04 error turn off then on)and i did but it become again.so plz help thanks
This is a low voltage power supply problem. If this is a new unit, you should return it. I don't this that this problem will go away on it's own, or that it is somenthign that you cna fix.

Are you sure that the rear door is not open? There is a door in the rear for jam clearance. Your manual can help you if you can't find this door. Manuals are on line at hp.com if you have lost yours.

This is a problem with the toner cartridge, check the code at the end of the error message and that will tell you which toner is defective.
