Which means what? You have a solid red light on the line or you don't have the line at all. A TDA system rings by a process called ICD groups. You can have a phone in an ICD (600 by default) and tell it the number of rings to delay, not ring, or immediate ring, but that means that the line button will flash as the call is coming in. If you don't assign it to a group, it's really stupid and won't do anything but light solid red.

If you have access to installer programming, you assign the extension to the main ICD. If you don't you have to call your Panasonic installer or dealer.

I have 4 panasonic kx t7630 phones. is it possible that when someone calls my main number all 4 phones ring at the same time?

You can make it do whatever you want. It's programmed in the ICD group 1 (by default 600 or 601) in system programming. If it's only ringing the first phone (101) and a solid red light on all the others, I'm betting it's never been programmed at all, because out of the box it has no program.

My Panasonic Phone KX-T7630 rings seventeen (17) times before going to voice-mail. Desired amount of rings before going to voice-mail is four (4) to five (5).

This is just for your phone ringing when it's dialed, not for outside lines ringing on your phone.
From your intercom, dial *7104 (CF No Ans) 500 (if that's your VM extension) # That will flash your FWD/DND light to tell you it's forwarded on No Ans. Now on the intercom, dial *71324 The 713 part tells your phone to forward after xx seconds. 24 is about 4 rings. You can adjust the timing using 6 seconds as a ring cycle.

MY EXTENSION DOESN'T RING FOR EXTERNAL CALLS ON THE KX-T7433 SYSTEM WE HAVE INSTALLED. HOW CAN I GET IT TO RING FOR INCOMING EXTERNAL CALLS?

JUST AS YOU'RE TOO LAZY TO USE THE SHIFT KEY AND LOSE THE CAPS LOCK KEY, I'M TOO LAZY TO LOOK UP THELINK TO A MANUAL. HOWEVER, I CAN TELL YOU THAT YOU COULD GO TO THE PROGRAMMING MANUAL FOR A PANASONIC KX-TD 816/1232 AND LOOK AT DIL 1:N PROGRAM 603 AND 604. IT'S WHERE YOU SET THE EXTENSIONS THAT RING WHEN A CALL COMES IN.

Will a panasonic KX-TG2257 cordless phone work with a KX-T6160 system?

I'm not familiar with a KX-T6160 system, so do you mean SIX-SIXTEEN-DEE(616d) or SIX-SIXTEEN-TEN (61610)? Either way, the cordless phone works. You need access codes, like 9 for an outside line, FLASH and dial an extension for transfer, 40 for ringing call pickup (on the 61610), and 58x (61610) to pick a line from hold. Your phone system manual has a single line telephone user guide in it.

I have a Panasonic Keyphone Model: KX-T7750, having problem with alert of intercom/incoming calls. No ring tone but with flash light and intercom light on. May I know how to fix this. Thank you!

Calls are signalled in two ways. First, check the Ringer switch on the left side of the phone. It's a 3 position switch OFF/LO/HI. If the outside lines are blinking the MESSAGE light, then the ringer is probably turned off. If your intercom calls are toning but not ringing, you may have the AUTO ANS light lit. Press it until it's off and intercom calls will either start ringing or send an audible tone.
If it tones, then you have a programming problem where intercom calls are set to tone instead of ring. That's corrected in system programming.

Two phonelines no longer accessible. Using Panasonic KX-T7730 with a Panasonic KX-TES824 system. Lines were working fine and have now disappeared. They don't ring in and I can't ring out on them. ...

This is most likely a service provider issue. If these are analog lines, take a regular phone, not a Panasonic system phone, and plug it into wherever the CO1 CO2 CO3 lines go into the cabinet. If they work there, you have a system fault (not likely). If they don't you have a line problem.

Make sure that you plug the phone into the lines coming in, not into the cabinet :-)
