You need the Win7 camera driver, check sony support at:
http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-list.pl?mdl=VGNCR220E&SelectOS=44just enter your Win7 operating system (there are 9 versions of Win7), and select the downloads (2)
for your computer camera driver.

I'm trying to find the driver for your camera, but sony does not list that model number.
In the area of the model number where you have 31s sony only uses 3 digit numbers, sometimes with a letter. They aren't listing a 131, 301, or 310, and nothing uses an S extension.
I really want to help, but I'm finding nothing at Sony's site. Perhaps the model number is also noted in another location?
