I noticed the Tork 1104 timer box was not working. It does not make a sound. And the clock does not move. I measured the incoming and outgoing wires with a multimeter and both measure at 240V. I'm guessing it's broken. Is there something that I can reset? Any other suggestions? The timer box is 13 years old. how long is it supposed to last?

13 years is good run for clock motor. Timer will last longer than clock motor.
