is pc showing this modem in control panel under system icon? now try uninstalling Modem and reconnecting it and plug in phone line......if software cant detect it on boot up ...then it sounds like a defective modem.....

Respected sir actuly i want to need modem driver intel 56k

Go to start,control panel,hardware device and see if your moderm is still there. If so, right click on top of the moderm uninstalled. Turn the computer off and back on. At this time, it should come back on and look for the modem.Answer yes to found new modem and reinstall the modem. this should work
please check you modem setting. it could be that your setting also is not correct.good luck
