The charging socket on you phone needs to be resoldered, OR the plug on the charging adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced.
To determine which is faulty, use a different charger and plug it into your phone and move the charging plug to see if the it quits charging. If it quits charging then the charging socket on the phone needs fixing (re-soldering).

My Samsung tablet won't charge when plugged in

Does it have a micro USB charger/charging port? This was the universal charging adapter most manufacturers other than Apple moved to around 5 years ago. In my experience, the charging port to charger connection can become loose and prevent charging....especially if you use the tablet or phone during charging. The best method I have found to troubleshoot the issue is to try a charger that successfully charges another device and plug it into the tablet or phone. If your device still does not charge, and especially if the connection is loose, it is most likely that your charging port is damaged. Another possible issue would be the battery itself but the charger or charging port is the most likely culprit for your issue.

My cell phone will not charge

Check for the correct voltage output at the charger end. If its there, play with it a bit when its plugged in to see if while moving it around it starts charging, if it does the phone charging socket or end on charger is too loose and not making constant contact.

My samsung corby cannot be charge..how can i solve this problem?

I would try charging it with a different charger. its more likely that the charger itself is the issue. If not then the issue could be with the phone. Try a hard reset of the phone ( pulling the battery) and then put battery back in and plug in charger. try moving it around if no connection issue could be with the charger or the charging port on the phone.

Hi,are you saying that it charges well when you use another charger? it is possible then that you will have to get another charger..but if it behave the same way with other charger, it means the charging port is faulty...cheers

Why will my phone not charge? now it wont turn on all together. last night while attempting to charge my phone i had to move the charger around just to get it to charge but it would stop charging right...

hi this sounds like a problem with your charger , try using another charger if not you may have a battery problem which may be quite simple to replace on auction websites such as ebay etc.

Its a metro and it purple

Check the charger for output voltage.
2. Clean the charger contacts in the phone with a q-tip and a little rubbing alcohol.
3.Check the cord on your charger for cuts, breaks etc.
4. If it's a car charger, check the outlet in the car for voltage, check the cord's fuse in the handle,
5. Check the battery-to-phone contact connections for cleanliness, tarnish,
6. replace battery with new.
Let me know how you do...

Phone will charge but i have to move the cord around so it will charge

Im sure the primary problem with your phone is within your charging terminal/charging port. It needs to replace a new one, maybe because it might losen or partially damage. You should bring your phone to a cellphone service shop and ask them if they have a charging terminal/charging port just like yours and let them replace the new one. Also try insert your phone to a different charger that you sure that is ok, observe if desame happens. We can't ignore also that it might be the charger that has the problem.
