I can not find SATA in my BIOS on my laptop Sony Vaio VGN FW139E, is there any options for that . I want to install the XP as a dual boot with my Vista pre installed !!

If the BIOS does not have the USB as one of the boot options then you cannot boot up with an USB memory stick. In this case you need to replace the CD/DVD drive with a new one.
The problem is that XPinstallation CD does not have a SATA driver, unless you have a SATA drive on adisk etc. and can install the driver when XP asks for a hard drive driver then,XP cannot detect the hard disk and therefore won't install XP.
The FIX.
Go into the BIOS anddisable the SATA drive (enable IDE emulation), this will make XP think it is aIDE/PATA hard disk. Then you can install XP normally. When Windows hasbeen installed then install all the device drivers (including the SATA driver),then shut down and boot up and got into the BIOS and enable the SATA drive.

1)- Start your computer from the Windows XP CD. To do this, insert the
Windows XP CD into your CD drive or DVD drive, and then restart your
computer.
2)- When you see the "Press any key to boot from CD" message, press any key to start the computer from the Windows XP CD.
3)- At the Welcome to Setup screen, press ENTER to start Windows XP Setup.
4)- Read the Microsoft Software License Terms, and then press F8.
5)- Follow the instructions on the screen to select and format a partition where you want to install Windows XP.
6)- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the Windows XP Setup.
Note:- Back up all important information before you perform a clean
installation of Windows XP. Save the backup to an external location,
such as a CD or external hard disk.

I take it by the question that you have Vista installed now? If you do, there are a couple of things you need to do before attempting an XP install. Follow the two things below, then insert the XP disc and boot from it and follow the normal installation prompts.
Before you attempt it, make a couple of changes in the BIOS to hopefully work around a few problems that might crop up. "BIOS setup (f2) and set the hard drive to ATA compatible." I would go ahead and disable everything in the boot heading besides the DVD/CD. You also need to disable caching module before you change the drive SATA settings.
First of all you need to boot from the DVD - enter BIOS and in Boot order put the dvd first and the hdd second. If it's a recovery disk all you need to do is to put the disk in and follow the instructions on the screen.
If it's a retail one you will need a lot more - starting with the fact that retail XP disks cannot install on SATA disks without modifications either in themselves or in the way the BIOS manages them. More details are needed for that.
