Not able to open the Facebook page completely after entering the username & password. Home, Profile & Find friends tabs not opening. Facebook page completely blank. Only Account opening, but privacy setting editting not happening.

1. Navigate to www.facebook.com in your web browser.
2. Under the words Sign Up, enter your personal information and desired password, then click Sign Up.
3. Now, you'll have the chance to find your first Facebook friends. To find friends using your email contacts, enter your email address and click Find Friends. This will give Facebook permission to access your email contacts list, so you may be required to sign in to your email account. You can also click Skip this step to add friends later.
4. If you entered your email address, Facebook will suggest friends for you based on your email contacts. ClickAdd Friend for anyone you want to add as a friend, then click Save & Continue
5. If you want, you can now add information about your high school, college, location, and employer. ClickSave & Continue when finished. Click Skip if you want to add this information later.
6. If you entered education and employment information, Facebook will suggest more friends. Click Add Friendfor anyone you want to add as a friend, then click Save & Continue.
7. If desired, you can now choose to like some of the most popular Facebook pages. Anything you like will automatically appear in your News Feed and on your Timeline. Click Save & Continue when finished. ClickSkip if you prefer not to follow anything at this time.
8. If desired, you can now add a profile picture. Click Upload a Photo to select a file from your computer, orTake a Photo to take a new photo with your webcam. Click Skip if you're not ready to add a profile photo.
9. Once you're satisfied with your profile picture, click Save & Continue.
10. The Welcome to Facebook page will appear.
11. Before you can access all of Facebook's features, you'll need to confirm your email address. To do this, sign in to your email account, open the confirmation message from Facebook, and click Confirm Your Account.

I can't find my account from the "Find Your Account" page. If you're having trouble logging into your account from the Find Your Account page, try these tips:

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the little down arrow in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

You can reset your password with Facebook. But you cannot get back your old password in Facebook.

In the Facebook login page, click 'Forgot your password' link below Password input box. You would receive mail from Facebook on steps how to reset your password.

You would get mail with link and code. You can click link which will ask you to enter new password.

At your main page( Profile home page)

1.Click Accounts(on top right corner of the page).
2. Select Account settings.
3. Select the first tab Settings(by default selected).
4. Now in this tab you can see how to change your username and passwords.

IT's A GENERAL ERROR,REINSTALL THE BROWSER
OR To open your Facebook page, you will have to first log out or sign out of your Facebook account.

To do this, kindly click the "Account" tab at the top-right of the Facebook page of your grand-daughter's and select "Logout" from the drop-down menu. (See attached image)

Be forewarned: If you only have one email address associated with your account, losing access to your email could mean losing access to your Facebook. You can still access your account by using your email address and password. Also, you can find a lost password by mobile phone if you assigned one. If you forgot your password or email address, you can do the following:
From Facebook:

A username is your personalized Facebook URL (web address) and appears in the location bar of your browser after "http://www.facebook.com/" when you view your profile.
