Try to re-format your kinston data traveler, or insert to other known good USB ports in other desktops or laptops.if still unreadable, you have to replace it or have it checked first if there is virus.

If you have another known good jumpdrive veryify that the usb's are working by pluging it in and verifying that you can acess the data on it. If you can then most likely you have purchased a defective unit and will need to exchange it.
1) make sure that it is formatted correctly (NTFS if it is used with a PC, or whatever the camera supports) 2) 32 GB only refers to the "class" of storage, not total formatted space available. (you should get around 30-31GB)

Insert the memory card into the system and this will be displayed as the mass storage device in my computer . Right click over the removable disk and then click format . It will format the memory card .

Find the picture that matches your drive and click to see that models support information. Along the right lower side there should be a link to download either the user guide or user manual. If you can't find it you can click on the email support link or call Kingston and they should be able to direct you to the manual.
When you plug in the Flash Drive to your old computer, it will show up in My Computer probably as Removable disk or "Kingston Data Travler". You want to open that link up and drag whatever files you need into that folder. After doing so you put the flash drive in your new computer and repeat the process except you drag the files out of the folder and onto your desktop or a folder of your liking.
