Also have new HP laptop vista and lexmark x7350. Done all the downloads uninstall and re-install stuff. Also tried net spool start and stop. Worked once. Printing 16 pages will print last page only. Tried all options - could it be an HP - Lexmark conflict? This printer worked wonderful on a Advent(PC world) laptop with Vista!
I also eventually got in contact with Lexmark support desk and they ran through a number of settings and solutions till we found the one that solved the problem. I suggest you contact Lexmark and keep on them till you get the solution. They do, like all other places, run through the obvious first so I suggest telling them what you have done already and what happens step by step.
I kept downloading the patches and it would work for maybe 1 or 2 prints but the minute you have multiple page prints too many times in a row it would happen again - that is when I used the website to contact them.
I had this problem with my Compaq laptop and X7350 and I contacted Lexmark and they gave me a patch to run called "UACpatch.exe" or something like that and it fixed my problem.

I also have a Lexmark X7350 printer. Tried to download driver from Lexmark. Changed the USB cable. Prints last 1-2 pages then stops. Rest of the pages are not in que.
