I need to find my wireless setting - Computers & Internet

First you will need to check the wireless settings of the router.
What settings do you need to check ?
SSID ( network name )
wireless channel
wireless security type
If secured then network key or password.
To check these settings you will need to open the router set up page. This is the page where you will fin all the settings of the router.
Once you get all the settings of the router, you can try to connect to the wireless network on your PS3.
You will need to go to network settings on PS3. Go to Internet connection settings , wireless connection.
There you will find the option to connect to the network.

If you don't know the wireless settings of the router then you will need to open the set up page of the router and get the wireless settings. You will need wireless network name ( SSID ) , wireless channel, type of the wireless security and wireless network key or passphrase.

If you know the wireless settings of the router then you will need to open the set up page of the WET54G and put the same wireless settings on the wireless briidge.

Adding a wired computer or device to the network.

If you router is already set up and you want to add a new computer, you don't need to run the set up CD for the router again.
If you are adding a desktop or any other device to the router which will always be connected to the router with the Ethernet cable, then in this case you don't need to do anything.
You can just connect the Ethernet cable between the router and the computer and it should work.
If you are not able to go online even when it is connected properly then check IP address of the computer.

2. Start your browser and enter the router's configuration URL IP address.
3. Enter the router setup, login and password
4. Change the admin password
5. Go to the wireless settings and change the default SSID and turn off SSID broadcast.
6. Setup encryption key the strongest is WPA2 (if not then WPA).
7. For further security measures - turn on MAC address filtering and enter the MAC address of the wireless cards on the computer/s you want to connect to this wireless router.
8. Record the settings you have made and keep it in a safe place and Save the settings.
9. Configure the wireless cards on the computer/s with the SSID and encryption settings of the router.
10. Remove the LAN cable between the router and the computer then the computers should be able to connect to the router wirelessly.
To access the Internet you need to connect the DSL or cable modem to the WAN (Internet) port on the wireless router.

Is there any other wireless computer online ?
If not then you will need to check the settings of the router .
For this you will need to connect a computer to the router with the ethernet cable.
