For most replacement items, you can visit https://store.mattel.com/ and purchase them. Unfortunately, for this item only the foot pad and legs are available for purchase.

You can contact Fisher Price through their website (www.fisher-price.com) or alternatively, pop into a local Fisher Price stockist who should be able to order in the spare part for you. I couldn't find any at all on eBay!

All you need to do is rotate the seat. You have to just grab the seat and turn it your self the pole doesn't move but the seat itself does.
