I lost the disk with the drivers for the Samsung SC-DX103 camcorder and my PC will not let me download any content from the camera to use with Windows Movie Maker. Also the files from the camera are in a format that the computer does not recocnize. What can I do?

I would like to download a free instruction manual of a sc dx 103 samsung digital camcorder. My kids lost it and I'm having trouble finalizing a disc

Samsung support just told me that there has to be some space left on the disc to finalize it. In other words if you fill the disc with too much video, the disc won't be able to write the necassary info on the disc to finalize it. Support told me you needed 10MB to finalize. He also told me to leave 7- 10 minutes of free space which is ridiculous because the disc only records 20 minutes. I have complained to Samsung about this ommission from the manual and that the camcorder should know to leave enough space to finalize the disc.>
