In that case, you need to reset your device. All the configuration will back to its default or factory setting then you need to configure it again.

Press the reset on the back next to the power for 10 seconds. The router will reboot and it will go back to factory defaults. You do not have to re install the firmware. It will just set everything to default and you will just have to set it up again.

If you hold the reset button in for around 30sec this will erase all the settings everything will be there but it will be like it just came out of the box.

I lost Installation Dish for my DLink WRB1310 Wireless Router, Please help.

To configure the unit on the label there is an IP address and a login name and password that will permit you to open the door.
If the password has been changed there is a reset button somewhere on the backside resessed in accessable with a ballpoint pen.
The CD just makes this process supposedly easier.

There may be firmware updates fir the unit

What can I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, you must reset your router. Unfortunately this process will change all your settings back to the factory defaults.
To reset the router, locate the reset button (hole) on the rear panel of the unit. With the router powered on, use a paperclip to hold the button down for 10 seconds. Release the button and the router will go through its reboot process. Wait about 30 seconds to access the router. The default IP address is 192.168.0.1. When logging in, the username is admin and leave the password box empty.

Forgot pass word

Are you speaking about the password of the router or the password of the wireless network ?
If you don't know the password of the router , then you will need to reset the router and use the default password of the router.
Once you reset the router, you will need to reconfigure it.
If you are looking for the wireless password, you can find it on the set up page of the router.
You will need to open the set up page of the router.

If you have tried the default password and it doesn't work, I think your only alternative will be to reset the router to the factory defaults
