My dear, This is as a result of so many files saved on your phone memory, Just enter your menu, empty all files saved on phone memory and recieved files. Then your phone will be fine

Hi, Instead of playing mp3 player directly, go to the folder where you have saved your songs and play a song.If this will play with the music player then go to the music player at the same time by going back.
Otherwise, eject the memory card and then re-enter. Try to play mp3 player.
i have this phone and have tried and there is nothing we can do cause the songs have to be saved to the phone its self and there is not enough memory to do that i guess thats the down side of having the black label series
