To download the Samsung Kies application.
Once downloaded, double click on the downloaded file and install the Kies software.
Now that Kies is installed, open the program from the Start Menu if it is not already open.
Plug the micro USB cable that came included with your Samsung Galaxy into your Galaxy S and the other side into on of your PCs USB ports.
In the top left hand corner of the Kies software you will see "Connecting...." and then it will display the model of your phone. Click there and on the main panel of the Kies software you will see options to sync, back up/restore and import/export. On the Sync tab you can select Pictures and then press the Sync button. Be patient, this can sometimes take a while and be stuck on 0% the whole time, and then suddenly its done.

You might also notice that something else pops up when you connect your phone, similar to if you had just connected a USB drive. Choose from this list "Open File/Folders" and you can see all the information stored on the internal SD card in your phone. Your photos are under a folder named DCIM. This is common folder among most digital cameras. From there you can simply copy and paste the photos from your phone to your PC.
All android phones save the pictures to a file on the sd card called DCIM. Plug your phone into your computer and mount it. Explore to the DCIM folder and all your pictures should be there

You can connect your phone to your PC via a USB cable.
1) Connect phone to USB
2) Connect USB to computer
3) Pull down notifications bar
4) Click transfer files to PC or mount this device
5) Open My Computer in windows and locate the removable drive with the photos
You can download app Dropbox
1) Download on both phone and PC
2) Click photo on phone and click share
3) Choose Dropbox
4) Open dropbox on your PC and you will find your photos.

First of all, you have to download Samsung Kies for your computer (just search "Samsung Kies download" in Google). After installing it, you will get drivers and everything so you can get your pictures to computer.*Note: You will have to enable your phone to connect to Kies. Look for USB Connection settings. When you find USB Connection settings (it is either in "Wireless and network" or Applications-> Development -> Debbuging ON, it depend what Android system you use).
