Why my m50 is not working well? when ever i want to take picture i must click the camera and video at the top. and every time ii want to preview picture i must hold the camera and video mode at the top. every thing i do i must hold that camera and video botton at the top. next to the caption botton. please help?

The lens needs to be taken apart cleaned and lubricated, overtime they build up dirt and grime causing the gears to become stiff, the only solution is dismantle the lens and clean it until spotless. If a camera specialtist gets in involved it will be expensive.
