Computer Shuts Down By itself, it just indicate that something is wrong or something is going wrong internally and it wants to make sure that it isn't going to suffer any serious damage. it could also be a memory issues and might need replacement.

Test your PSU or replace it if your power supply units fan is not working your PSU is faulty

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect/ boot up a computer hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your "((motherboard to your hard drive))" make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs its connections to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error hope this helps

My printer is starting warming up and then immediately shut down again? Help please

Well if its warming up then shutting down (suspending mode) after just being plugged in that's normal..... if it does it while trying to print? I would look into a new printer... maybe a power problem, bad paper jam (very unlikely but not unheard of), but usually can mean you got a printer not worth the cost of repair

Gateway MT6840 unexpectedly shut down and wouldn't

First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

After charging battery, when I press start, it attempts to start and then immediately shuts down. After recharging the battery a while, and attempting restart, the same thing happens again.

Hi

Have you tried to use your computer when power charger is connected to power supply? Then try it to check if your computer does not shut down. If do not shut down it self. You had problem with the battery or with charger not compatible with the battery. Normal problem of shutting down computer is that your battery have no charge, your battery is not compatible with your laptop or ever defective. Tr

RS482-M754 Warning!! Now System is in safe mode. Please re-setting CPU frequency in CMOS setup.

Shut down and start up the computer. As it's coming up immediately start pressing whatever is your setup key...could be F2..Delete...F10...whatever it is it should tell you on the screen as it's coming up..if not..just start pressing all of them until you get into the BIOS menu...if you see the Windows symbol come up you missed it...shut down again and try again...once you get into the BIOS menu...find where it talks about resetting your BIOS to factory Defaults...Select that and then exit and save...you should be good to go now. Were you trying to overclock your computer?
