first, back up the iPad to a computer (macs are awesome) with a usb charger and save everything incase u have to restore to factory settings. then.....im not sure. call apple

Connecting to iTunes, only works if you had it installed on your computer and made a backup on the PC. If you know the password belonging to the Apple ID o the screen, you could try entering that.
