I have a samsung t746 impact from t-mobile, i m using it in haiti now with digicel, the phone works properly but unable to connect to internet because there is no option from the settings for connectivity, thus, no internet conection, while the first owner did have the internet connection. Please help me, i m sure that the data packlet was locked by t mobile and i need to unlock it

If you are able to connect to Digicel in Haiti without a problem, then your phone is unlocked.
To access the internet goto: Menu - Settings - Network Services - Network Selection - Manual - [wait for scanning to end] - select from list of available networks

The phone needs the additional settings for setting up browser configurations with Digicel instead of t-mobile. Unlocking it simply takes off the carriers sim restricition and does not change settings to every carrier available. Digicel should have these settings.
