80710723....can't seem to get latest upadates....internet conecetion is on and working....

It would seem this error code refers to you network protocols. Here is a sugestion from someone with the same problem on youtube.

Yes i always play my games without a connection to the internet and when i want to play against other persons thats when i connect it to the internet. I hope this helped you out!!

install network drivers from motherboard CD ,plug in your network cable from broadband to network port behind the motherboard and enjoy internet

ya first apply the clock wallpaper then simply restatrt your phone .its now applied. if still the same problem update your phones software with the latest phone software upadate

It sounds like your using a router which seems to be interrupted or your internet is going out on you.

I would highly suggest downloading the updates from your computer and then use a USB drive to transfer the update to your PS3. It works quicker for me :)

Format a flash memory to FAT 32. go to playstation website, download the latest update version (under system) on a flash memory. arrange folders like this:
PS3-->UPDATE-->PS3UPDAT.PUP
hook the flash memory to the PS3 usb. go to system update--> use update from the other option rather than internet.
and you good to go!

You have a network/router error. First go to settings, then Network settings, then internet connection settings. If you have a wired connection connection 1 - Custom, then manual settings, then auto detect, then automatic, then Do not set, then manual, DNS1 : 208.67.222.222 , DNS2 : 208.67.220.220, then auto, then do not use, then enable.
If you are using a wireless connection 2 - WIRELESS > ENTER MANUALLY > ( ENTER SSID OR CONTINUE ) > ( CHOOSE SECURITY OR CONTINUE ) > CUSTOM > AUTO > DO NOT SET > MANUAL ( DNS1 : 208.67.222.222 , DNS2 : 208.67.220.220 ) > AUTO > DO NOT USE > ENABLE > X > X
and if neither of these works then try turning off your modem for a few minutes and restarting your ps3 =)
