I'm confused. This question is listed as being posted on 10/02/17. The question refers to a date of 04/30/11. If that date is the "today" in the question, and if the questioner is trying to activate this coupon TODAY, 10/02/2017, I say good luck as it probably isn't valid after more than 6 years and chances are the URL given is no longer active.
