Can't find a driver for xerox workcentre M118 ( not post script ) for windows 7 64bits

I am one of the technician trained and specialized in different computer  and printer manufacturer.

Here is one of the instruction on how to install your printer to windows 7 64 bit

-run the driver downloaded from the site, then select the location

-Go to Control panel
-choose devices and printers
-add a printer
-add a local printer

for Standard TCP/IP port has already been created on the computer, choose the port from the Use an Existing Port pull-down menu, next, and then skip to step 10.

For the port has not been created on the computer, choose the create new port button, choose standard TCP/IP from the Type of Port pull-down menu, click Next, and then continue with step 8.

-put the IP Address or hostname of the printer
-check if the query for printer is set to automatic, then next
-choose have disk
-choose browse, then select where you save the driver
-choose the required printer model
confirm the name of the printer
-choose do not share, then next
-choose finish
