White screen wen i turn on my camera it has a white scrren an it stays n like that wat should i do??

my bb gave me a white screen the only has 1 optoin "reset" wen i pressed reset it turned to the page BLACKBERRY as if i just turned off my phon after that it took me to the same page reset wat shall i do :(

Is it a WHITE screen? I had this problem with a 710 also.
It turns out that everyhting in the camera will still be perfect...except one thing---One or more of the conducting filaments in the ribbon connector (that bridges the electronics in the front and rear halves) will be found to have been broken, perhaps almost invisibly, at the fold in the ribbon.
At this point you own a "parts camera", and might get a few bucks for it on ebay. Sorry.

I have the same problem, but my shape went almost all across the screen. I sent it in to Pentax, as it was still under warranty. Problem? Cracked lens. Not Covered by warranty. Cost to fix? $250 Canadian. Solution? Buy another camera. Good luck and hope this helps
