Can you send me a box to ship my xbox360 in for repair because one day it was working perfectly fine and then the day after it told about this thing called error64

E74 error code on your Xbox360 basically means a 'general hardware error'. You may also be getting the infamous 'red ring of death' as shown by three red lights around the power button. The most likely cause of this error is over heating.
Microsoft has extended their one year warranty to three years for this problem. I would call Microsoft Xbox support before trying anything else. Their number is (800) 469-9269.
If you are still covered by the warranty, they will send you a box to ship your Xbox360 to them, they will either repair or replace it, and send it back to you, and they will pay for the postage! Downside is that this can take at least three weeks.

If your Xbox360 has one led section lit up red it means you are suffering from a hardware issue and the best bet is to contact microsoft as they extended the warranty for this issue, my recommendation is that you should contact microsoft and see what the warranty status is for your console. 3 red flashing lights is known as the red ring of death. Your power supply showing a yellow light is ok, that just means that your power supply is on standby. i think the three red light are over heating problems, if your console is un opened i think Microsoft are fixing them for free or you could find a repair shop and they could do the xclamp fix but Microsoft is the best bet.

Your Xbox overheated. Contact Xbox. There may be a charge if it is not under warranty. They will send you a pre-paid shipping box. Slide your box in, take it to the post office, and wait 2-6 weeks for a new one(keep your hard drive).

Contact the Better Business Bureau online. They'll get things moving for you

i have heard of this problem before.

Simply look on the box that the Xbox came in and contact the customer service line, they will let you send them the Xbox and repair it for you free of charge, and ship it back to you in about 3 weeks working perfect!

I had the same problem the dat I bought mine. I had to send it back to Nintendo. They told me this is a common problem, but were quick to send me a shipping label, and told me I should have it back within 15 days.

Its only 3 months old, call 1800-4my-xbox they can replace it. Don't tell your girlfriend broke it, tell them the red lights started one day.

They wil lship yuo box, you put eh box inside the box they give you, you ship it back to them, they ship you a brand spankin new 360.
