Troubleshooting of Inverter Circuit (U) and Magnetron
This oven is programmed with a self diagnostics failure code system which will help for troubleshooting, H97, H98 and H99 are the provided failure magnetron and inverter circuit problem areas. This section explains failure codes of H97, H98 and H99. H97, H98 and H99 appears in display window a short time after start key is pressed and there is no microwave oscillation.

getting an H97 error code - zjlimited_1131.jpg

NOTE: DO NOT try to REPAIR this Inverter Power Supply (U) and also DO NOT RE-ADJUST PRESET VOLUME on the board. It is very dangerous to repair or adjust without sufficient test equipment because this circuit handles very high voltage and very large current. Off alignment or inverter board operation is dangerous. Operating a misaligned inverter circuit is dangerous due to the very high voltage and current that is produced by this board. Defective boards must be replaced with a new one.
- Check magnetron filament for open or short to casing before proceeding to determine a good magnetron.

Alternative way to troubleshoot oven with AC Ampere meter used. H97, H98 and H99 appears in display window a short time alter start key is pressed and no microwave oscillation with AC Ampere meter used for troubleshooting.

How do you replace the micro switch or the wire for the motor brush head

There is a micro switch that turns the brush roll on when you pull the handle back into the vacuuming position. Start by checking to see if you are getting power to the micro switch.

TC-P50S30 Plasma HDTV won't come on blinks 7 times

That is a error code and depending (Panasonic?) on model means either power board or another issue---the error codes can sometimes be misleading or too vague to pinpoint to one board.

Note: these (all brands) sets only sell boards, no individual parts.

Not knowing your skill level you may be able to tell me that, the first thing would be to examine the power board for damage or puffed up filter caps---let me know if questions here etc.

CD player turns on but code F61 come on and it turn off automatically. I was wondering if anyone has a fix?

Not sure if this CD Player you speak of is a Panasonic or not but I would first try using a CD cleaner disc in the unit as this code could be a protection code from damage to the unit, indicating a foreign object in the unit also make sure the unit is dry as a small amount of moisture in the right spot on some units can cause this code. If this does not fix the problem I am sure you will need to have it looked at by a certified Technician.
Be sure all inserted disc's are dry and clear of foreign debri.

Thumbs up if helpful!!!

I have a Kenmore Elite Ultrawave Microwave Hood Combination and am getting an F9 fault code. I hear a rythmic intermittant buzzing, the unit shuts off and the F9 appears on the screen. I have pulled open...

F9 code can mean something different depending upon the particular model.....
1.) IF your Microwave uses "UltraWave technology"/"SmartWave technology"...Then either the Magnetron has failed or the Inverter board has failed OR maybe the control board has failed (HUH?).
2.) IF your Microwave does NOT use "UltraWave technology"/"SmartWave technology" then one or more of the door switches has failed.

** "UltraWave technology"/"SmartWave technology" **
I'll explain a few things about this wonderful technology...
The control board (accepts the pushbutton commands) has to talk to the inverter board to tell it how much power should be applied to the magnetron. The inverter board will then power the magnetron and inform the control board if the magnetron is working OK.
If there is something wrong with the magnetron or inverter board or a there is a communication breakdown between the control board and the inverter board...WA-LA-----F9----

A pretty reliable test for the Magnetron is to operate the oven and listen for a ticking sound 5-6 times about a second apart. If you can hear the ticking....The magnetron has failed..if no ticking, the control or inverter board failed.

Vaccum will not remain standing

A spike-impulse or "delta function" has an interesting frequency spectrum. It is composed of all possible sine waves of frequencies 1,2,3,4,etc. When a large set of sine wave signals are all added together, they cancel out everwhere except at the zero location (origin) of the graph. There they add up to create a large transient-spike.
An acoustic resonator such as an organ pipe contains a type of sinusoidal standing wave. Resonators also support a number of harmonics, and many standing waves of shorter wavelength will "fit" in a single organ pipe.

Hi my microwave is working perfectly ok apart from nothing is being heated is this a simple repair solution or ?

Hi , that seems the biggest problem for a micro wave. But not to worrry it can be a line fuse to the Magnetron. SSo disconnecct the power and check for a large fuse. if open replace. If not check on a high voltage capacitor fitted near to the magnetron, this can be faulty. replace .
there is also a temperature cut off sensor, it can be faulty and cut circuit off
Please take care not to touch any live parts, use a cup of water inside for trials.

Panasonic MC-CL673 vacuum is not getting up to speed and smells

Even though the brush is spinning, you probably need to replace the belt2_bing.gif because it is stretched. It is probably slipping on the beater bar. This is causing the smell (burning rubber). I don't believe it is your motor. :-)

Not efficiently picking up anything, suction seems to be low

In my experience, you have a clog somewhere between the floor and the bag or what ever catches the dirt. Push something through all hoses. Look at all filters. Try running the machine (outside) while it is open to check the vaccum power.
