the OS on your phone has crashed, that's why it is showing you start u failed.

Go to nokia.com, go to software and download nokia software updater. Download and install it on your computer. Connect the phone to your computer using a usb cord. Lunch the nokia software updater and it will install the phone, then another os will be download to the phone.

The phone should be okay, the moment the above is done.

Note that your computer must be connected to the internet when performing the above.

Also read and follow instruction on how to use the software updater on nokia site.

If the above does not work, it means you need another phone.

- Clean the sim card tray - see whether the sim card tray led is broken (if so replace it) - If the problem still persists replace the battery. - If still the problem persists check the sim card (try it any other phone)

your phone firmware got crashed.maybe these steps work

connect it with pc(having nokia pc suit) then udate firmware may correct this prolem otherwise you have to take mobile to professtional mobile repair shop.
