To set Unconditional Call Forward ON Dial "*72" for a dial tone. Dial the forwarding number followed by "#". Wait for dial tone. LCD will display "Call FWD Activated"
To Cancel Unconditional Call Forward: dial "*73" and get the dial tone, then hang up. LCD will display "Call FWD Activated

but, since you have tried those two, it could be that there might still be a different type of call forward option that is still ON, on your phone like Busy Call Forward and Delayed Call Forward 1. To Cancel Busy Call Forward: dial "*91". Wait for dial tone. Hang up.
2.To Cancel Delayed Call Forward: Dial "*93" for a dial tone, then hang up.

Let me provide you a link to the website which I used as a reference for your future reference.

How to divert an incoming call?

There are several methods. Phone company provided call forwarding instantly sends calls to a phone number you set on your main phone line, that you turn on with *72 + the destination # and turn off with *73. Or "Call Forwarding No Answer" that transfers the call after several rings to a pre-determined number, all setup by the phone company on your main line. Or, on the Panasonic systems (there are many), you do the same using several code choices, a bit more complicated. Your installer must set the system to allow the system to send calls to an outside line, and you must have more than one line because the destination number is dialed on a different line than the line that's receiving the call. Your Panasonic "Operating Manual" lists these codes and methods with instructions, you'll find them listed in the table of contents under "Call Forwarding" with step by step pictured instructions.

Hi, We have followed the advice given on your website but still cannot divert our phones to a mobile, any other things we could try? We have five phones in total Thanks Kirstie

I don't know where are you from? But in some countries the telecom service provider do not allow to divert phone calls to mobile or another network. The service provider will not tell you. It is like a war within & the customer suffers. Calls can be diverted easily if you have landline & mobile service from the same service provider. You can make sure of this from the service provider. Even in internet broadband services they block each other's website to make life difficult for customers.

Calls are all being directly forwarded to voice mail, checked forwarding settings not able to disable

Hello

First of all, make sure the phone isn't set in airplane mode. Try *73 to make sure there's not an automatic call forwarding accidentally set.

leave the phone on and then pull the battery. Replace it and turn the phone back on. If you're still having issues,Would you be willing to factory reset the phone and try again? I would not expect a reboot to fix it but perhaps a master reset should.
