I have a washing machine model: 110.27082602, type:580 and the serial no: CT2270193. The problem is the machine is working but not in complete cycle. Its just turning back and fort or clockwise and counter clockwise. Until its done the soap is still there. Can you please help me regarding the problem of the machine.

Could be one of three issues, timer, capacitor, or the most like canidate the motor assm. Usually 90% of the time, its that motor. Those motors are pretty expensive (part number 389248) and you need to replace motor coupler (part number 285753A) when you change it.

OK, what you are experiencing is a timer mechanism fault. the timer motor is malfunctioning. anytime you have to manually advance the timer knob, this will signal a fault within the control mech. this is easily fixed by, replacing the timer control module. i will place a link to the actual part needed to fix this issue. you can also purchase this timer on line at this site if you wish.
