I would call Singer because something is not in alignment if your have checked all of the suggestions that your manual gives. Without seeing it, I don't know how anyone can help because we cannot see what the needle is hitting, it is like working in a dark room. Singer's phone # 1-800-4singer, JoAnn Fabrics usually has nice people who are very helpful and I know that they sold this model at my JoAnn's because I bought one for Xmas for my granddaughter. They probably will spot the problem right away

When iam stiching the bobbin thread is not interlocking with the pool thread ,the straight stich is not stiching properly

Do you have thread in your bobbin?
Is your needle fully inserted in the needle bar?
Is it the right needle for the machine?
Is your needle damaged, bent or dull?

Needles keep breaking

I need more information on what you are trying to sew. There are lots of reasons for needles to break, but you have to give more details.

Singer curvy 8778 the needle is making the motions to stitch evenly, but the stiches to the left are missing, not the thread mind you. So a zigzag stich appears straight. I have done all the...

Call Singer at 1-800-4singer, sounds like a buttonhole lever problem. Is it like that on all styles of buttonholes? Check that out before you call them, and make sure that you pull the lever all the way down.

I recently rec'd Singer Curvy 8770 as gift. Trying to use for first time and thread on underside of stitches is loose. Have tension on top dial as far as 9. I hve been sewing for forty+ yrs.

Try this, totally rethread with the presser foot up, then pull the top thread, it should move smoothly, then lower the presser foot, now pull the thread, it should barely move. This seats the thread in the tension discs.

SINGER CURVY: It jammed while sewing felt. Taking apart the bobbin area, I can see that the needle hits the bottom of the "floor". The bobbin is not catching or moving.

I think that your should try a new needle, it may be bent or have burr on it. It problem persists call Singer at 1-800-4singer, good luck

When I plug in my Singer Curvy 8770 and turn on the power switch, it beeps and nothing comes up on the screen.

No offense, but have you read your manual? IIt does not sound like it. If, you don't have it go to www.singerco.com and download it for free.
