Sounds like the belt needs replace. You can order parts threw Sears or probably Lowes. Its a relatively simple job. 30-60 minute job. Sears carries appliance parts of all sorts. You'll be amazed at what you can find at Sears. You'll have to ask in appliances. But they do carry appliance parts . Remove housing cover and get a better look at the inside. You'll see that it's probably your belt has popped or your motor is gone out. If it's your motor, your probably in for a long job. Either way, there is many stores that carry appliance parts. Just take the modal number down and the make of the washer, and you can pretty much go by that.
