We have a Digimaz A400 camera - no disc was given when camera was purchased. Need to install driver to enable download of pics from camera to computer. Solve your problem and do not use the download programs. Buy and use a card reader and eliminate problems I used to have, since I have many kinds of point and shoot, repairing and fixing them. I have used a card reader and need none of the software or drivers for any camera. Some operating systems may need drivers for the card reader, but all the newer operating system do not need any drivers. The system will see the card reader as a mass storage device.
Find the Software disk for the PC and install it. Make sure the camera is off, then connect the usb cable. Then turn the camera on in the playback mode.
