I want my phone to be locked when idle, and to be able to unlock it by pushing the * key and then the back key. This was the default when I got it, but something I did changed it and I want to change it back. I do NOT want to have to put in my lock code every time to unlock it.

If it is asking you to put a code in to unlock it, usually it is all zero's, 1234 or the last 4 of the assigned phone number. If it's just locked to prevent numbers being dialed while in your pocket or something like mine does, you have to look in your manual to see what buttong to push and hold to unlock or sometimes what 2 button combination unlocks it. Good luck!
