The Bosch may have a similar setup to the Meile where the main wash motor has a diverter which controls the water flow to the upper , then the centre, then the lower arms in sequence. When this sticks, the little drive motor "clicks" as it is trying to turn the diverter but cant. It will eventually fail. You may have to pull the motor out to check.

Our Bosch washer leaks but only during the spin cycle. It is a Classixx.

Try cleaning the detergent draw somtimes this can cause water to spill out and ofcourse check the filter and exit pipe :)

Where does the clicking sound seem to be coming from? Start the machine and when it's filled with water, try to identify where the clicking noise is emanating from. I suggest putting you ear next to the programme selector and start/stop switch and see if you can hear it more loudly/clearly.

Sounds like a faulty control module to me. Try the above and report back . . .

Bosch Dishwasher with very little water pressure or power

It all stems back to your incomming water supply. Either the sieve is dirt or the valve is blocked with sedementation. Some valves are servicable and some are not,if your valve has screws then its revicable. (low water pressure restricts movement on arms.)
