You can always open the volume controls through your audio settings to lower the volume level or try using the ALT key plus the left button combination or a specific volume level key on your laptop in combination with the ALT key. hope it helps

There is no sound when I receive phone calls?

Perhaps you have accidentally pushed the volume button and turned down the sound.
Many of the cell phones have a volume button on the side, and whilst holding the cell phone with your hand, your hand pressed on the volume button and holds it down accidentally.
Find the volume button and see if it is turned down.
Remember, most of these have one button for both the incoming call volume and also the speaking and listening volume all at once.
You have to adjust both volumes with the same button depending on what your phone it doing when you press it.
God bless your efforts,.

I set the volume to 40. After a little while the volume starts dropping down. If you do not turn the volume back up the volume will eventually go to zero all by it self and turn off the system.

Buttkicker Gamer 2 Amplifier won't turn on, light stays orange when it should be green. used to be a struggle sometimes to get it to turn green by using the remote, now it just stays orange all the...

Your Gamer 2 Amp turns on whenever an audio signal is present on the input. The amp can have trouble tuning on if the output of the source (computer sound card, etc.) has been turned down. This can happen easily if you use amplified speakers - if you turn the sound card's volume control down - and then increase the volume at the amplified speaker - the resulting sound is the same; even though the signal has been lowered. The problem is that the output from the sound card isn't sufficient to turn on the Gamer 2 Amp.

Try turning down the external speaker volume, then bump up the sound card volume. You'll probably need to adjust the other inputs individually (Wave, Mic, CD, etc) so that none is too loud or soft. Once the input values have been set, gradually increase the output of the sound card in the control panel application etc. while decreasing the volume on the amplified speaker to maintain a comfortable level. Eventually, you'll find the correct volume level on the sound card output that will wake up the Gamer 2 Amp.

If you're still having trouble, review the manual, here. I hope this helps & good luck!

I have a dell d520 laptop and it has no sound. Also I cant find the volume button. Where is the sound card placed?

Hi,

The sound card is inside the laptop and is part of the motherboard. This means that you cannot take the sound card out and replace it.

You may need to reinstall the audio drivers for the machine but check first that the volume has not been muted. Look to the bottom right of the screen for an icon that looks like a speaker and click on that and see if it has been muted or just turned down.
If there is no speaker icon there it may have disappeared from the system tray. You can use your keyboard to turn the volume up or down and to mute and un-mute it.
The keyboard toggles are as follows >>>

To turn the volume up hold down Fn and press the PageUp key.
To turn the volume down hold down Fn and press the PageDn key.
To mute hold down Fn and press the End key.

It is also a good idea to check in the BIOS to make sure the on-board audio has not been disabled.

If there is anything else please post back.

Good luck and kind regards.

I want to increase its speaker sound and ear piece sound but i dont know how to

Volume keys: These keys allows you to turn up or down the volume of the ringtone and the speaker. Press these keys to turn the volume display on, and to change the volume.
To lower the volume of the ringer during an incoming call, press the down volume key to the desired volume, or until the option changes to Vibration All Activated. The volume keys can also be used to scroll up or down to navigate through the different menu options. These keys are also
used when the Music Player is active. While on call turn on the speaker and increase the volume with the Volume Key.

How do I restore the shutter sound to my camera, when I take a picture? My daughter some how removed it. Thank you

Press menu button, scroll sideways to tools icon, then down to mute, then left/right to turn it to off. Not exactly instinctual- for sound to be on, turn mute off. Then scroll down to volume and make sure that the volume for the shutter sound is not turned down (there are several items with individual volume settings).

Hello Blindrid,
What I would suggest you do is Press your MENU button on the tv remote, Then down to SOUND and then Turn the AUTO VOLUME to OFF. Then come out of the menu screen.
Just to check that it has all work correctly. turn you volume upto a certain number for example 25
Then turn your TV off the turn it back on. Wait until it is displaying a picture then press the volume button Once either up or down and you should see that it will go to 24 or 26 depending on what button you pressed for the volume. This will keep your volume set to whatever you had it on before you turned the tv off.

Hope this Helps Please leave a thumbs up.

Cheers

Volume won't turn down

Try the setup program. When you get to the main setup screen, look for a reset all to standard setting. That may solve the problem. If it doesn't then the sound module may need to be replaced inside the TV.
