Hello & Welcome to FixYa
This indicates a open/shorted oven temperature sensor and to solve this problem the sensor needs replacement. If you wan to be sure before replacing the sensor then you can test it with a voltmeter for around 1100ohms....if it reads more then this then it needs replacement however, if the reading is around or less then 1100ohms then it is the control board that needs replacement. However, I believe it is the sensor as the problem is only with bottom oven. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

I was successfully able to disconect both the bottom and top elements in the "bottom" oven and both elements DO test GOOD for continuity on my DMM. How do I test the oven switch that you mention?
Thanks Matt

Hello - I tried the first experts suggestion for testing continuity of the two elements in the lower oven and both checked good. He mentioned checking the "oven switch", but gave no details on how to go about this. Also, I have a technicians guide for troubleshooting, but I don't know how to access the electronic control board i.e., how to take the face off??
Thanks Matt
