The fuser cooling fan is running slow or stalled. You can remove and lubricate it, that is about a 50/50 fix. If lubricating that fan doesnt work you will need to replace it. Common problem.

In this case, a better solution is to call Xerox. This correction must be done by an Authorized Xerox technician, with their proprietary laptop called a PWS.
They will run the procedure called GP-10 Replacing Billing PWBs.

Reset fault code 010-348 xerox 3535 copier i have replace the fuser with new
wait until the machine is in the 'Ready' state, then on the Control Panel, select [9] and [AC] simultaneously. A message will be displayed asking if the Fuser Cartridge was replaced, select [Yes].

Hi, you have to reset this code entering into diagnostic mode, If this fault is declared 3 times in succession, print and copy mode will be disabled. In order to clear this condition, reset NVM location 744-003 to 0. Saludos from mexico
