MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

Your player is a rebadged Perception Digital PD6050. The manual and firmware are here. http://www.perceptiondigital.com/?en-download.html

Perform a reset as per the manual and download the firmware utility. Install the firmware utility, connect your player to your computer and re-flash the player with the firmware.

Ativa/PerceptionDigital mp3 player needs firmware recovery

I lost my installation disk as well but I found, thru the manual, that the Ativa player plays videos in SMV format. so try to find a converter for that online.

Does the ativa ATIVA-MP400 player usea a power adapter to charge?

It is supposed to charge with either an adapter that plugs into the wall ie: DC 5V 400mA, or through a USB 2.0 port on your computer. The 1.1 USB ports do not carry enough current to properly charge any USB powered items.

How I can order for their name (alphabetically) my songs inside e

MP3 players generally copy music over in a set way.  Usually that's however you have music stored on your computer.
Once on the MP3 player, you won't be able to rearrange the music, in most cases.
You should try arranging the music on your computer (which is time consuming, if you have a lot), and then move it to your MP3 player again.
