Will my Pentax Optio S5i accept a Dane-Elec 2 GB memory card?

SOURCE: i have a new 2 gb dane-elec memory card and when i turn on my camera it says the memorty card is full and when i try formatting it it says filesys error e00100

The spec for the SD card format is going to 2GB but the Kodak C330 not compatible with 2 GB SD memory cards.

But try an firmware upgrade. Maybe the supporting now the 2 GB memory cards.

I have the same camera. It will use up to a 4GB card as standard and up to 8GB with the correct firmware.
