Look under each side if the control panel
on the bottom. There you will find 2 1/4 inch screws....unscrew these about 6
full turns...this lowers the hooks that hold control panel in place...it is
hinged and will flip down...sometimes you have to pry it down gently!
Once the panel is down you disconnect the white wire connector going to the door
switch and remove the 2 screws holding the front cover on....then carefully lift
up on the front cover to unhook it from the 2 hooks on top...kind of slides up
and out. The tub is going to stay inside and drop down...the front cover supports
the tub. At this time you can remove the tub and clean out all the lint...(recommended)
Putting the front cover back on is a little tricky...you have get it attached on
the top hooks and then pick up on the tub to put it on the bearing ring in the
front cover ..then put the 2 screws back in...3 hands are nice to have now.
Let me know if you need any further help. Thank you and have a good day.
There is a couple steps in removing this panel. First, unplug the unit and then locate the tab on the top of the unit, it has to be pushed down. When the tab is pushed down the first faceplate should drop down, exposing the keypad with the menu options. Second, you need to get a small flat head screwdriver and put it under the clip at the top of the panel. You can locate it by finding where your pushed the original tab down; it's right below that. Once you have your screwdriver under the small clip, push the clip up and pull the 2 faceplate towards you. Finally, after the second plate is down, unscrew/unplug the wires from the panel, unscrew the mounting panel and your done! Beware, depending on how your alarm is hooked this can cause a short to your household telephone lines causing them not to work!
It's very easy.. Pull your oven from wall and take screws from back of panel.. You will see control board after removing cover panel. Take screws from control board or could be attached with clips. Pull wires with plug ends off of board and reinstall on new board. (In same places of course). Put control board back in and put cover panel back in and screw down and plug back in. Make sure all power is unplugged before servicing.
If it won't start in manual, you have a short and/or a bad control board. Make sure battery polarity is correct, did you disconnect battery charger before removing old battery? If not charger can push DC volts over 20V and can damage control board.

I had similar problem on my 98 4runner it would even go all the way down on its own . I removed the rear panels controller mount, unplugged all the harnesses at the controller to cleanly remove the upholster panel and the steel panel so I could plug the controller harnesses back in to trouble shoot it without having panels hanging and dangling. I actually had to drill a rivet on controller mount.
I removed the front panel switch from the circuit. You can reach in under by the emergency brake handle and pop the switch assembly out the unplug the switch. I used my 12 volt battery from my RV and applied 12 volts directly to the motor (Pos to red, minus to green) to raise it all the way up, this did not cure the problem for me so I put the up/down switch back in the circuit.
Next I had to unplug the harnesses again and raise the window again with the RV battery. With window raised all the way you can reach the plug to unplug the key switch and remove it from the circuit. This fixed it for me so I left the key switch on rear tailgate unplugged and it now works fine with just the front panel switch.
the control panel is locked. on the control panel, there will be either a "lock" button that you hold down for 3-5 seconds to unlock, or it will have "lock" in small letters with a line pointing to 2 of the option buttons. hold the 2 buttons it points to for 3-5 seconds and it will unlock. the control lock is a child safty feature that will not allow any the washer to work until it is unlocked. P.S. to put the control panel into the lock mode, is the same way as you unlock the control panel.
I just finish doing the same thing and you have to be carefull in putting back the panel the same way it was set, otherwise it will not work. Just do it carefully and you should be able to tell when is set in place correctly. Do not use force, since it was designed to be set in one position only before attaching the screws back in place. Good luck!
