Try to hard reset it.
Turn phone off, then press and hold 'star key' , 'green call key' and 'number 3 key' all at the same time and power on phone. Release all buttons when you see 'formatting' mesaage.
okay this is what you gotta do unscrew the back of your PDA and you will see your two batteries and some stickers, in between the batteries there is a rectangle. take your screw driver and push the little bars inside the rectangle back. this will unlock your screen. if it still doesn't work hold the on button and press reset this will delete everything but also turn it on. if it still doesn't work throw PDA at wall, save up money, and get an IPad.
The best solution to these problems is hard resetting your device. A hard reset will bring your PDA to it's factory default state, so your PDA will be as fast as it was when it was brand new. But this process will erase all your stored data (Such as adress book, messaged, appointments, tasks, pictures, ...) so you should consider having a backup of your PDA to your PC with a backup software before you hard reset your device. So later when you hard reset, you can recover the personal data with this backup file and continue using your PDA faster.
To hard reset your PDA, you must press the on/off button and reset button at the same time (reset button is a small button that needs to be pressed with your pen, and usually it is located in the bottom of the PDA). And later, wait a couple of minutes and the windows will be reinstalled and load up with the starting page of the screen alignment. After you completed all the settings, you can recover your data from your backup file (from PC).
when started and on the blue screen hold the power button down shutting it off restart it and a black screen pops up go down to start in safemode with networking that should work
It is some time very important to Hard reset

I recently replace my lcd and initially had that problem. I fixed it by reseating the cable that connects the motherboard to the main phone piece. (its the cable that is about 1/2 an inch wide and is very short, barely wraps around motherboard). Reseat that and your white screen issue should be fixed)
Press and hold the Time/Frequency Selector button approximately 2 seconds until the time display begins flashing on the display panel.
Within 5 seconds after the time display begins flashing press the Manual Down Turning button (<<) to adjust the hours and the Manual Up Turning button (>>) to adjust the minutes to the correct time.
Five seconds after the last hour or minute adjustment is made, the time will be set in the unit and normal operation can resume.
Contact Audiovox.com or 1-800-688-3135 and they will email (PDA) or fax a copy of the manual.
Hello
First of all please inform me if the pda displays ONLY a white screen. Are there any characters on the screen or something like this? Does a soft-reset or a hardreset helps solving this problem ?(please try these first).
I will be able to assist you better if I know the answers to these questions. If you need more informations on how to do hard/soft resets please inform me. You may also find these informations in your device's user manual.
Good luck and please reply with more informations.
Hello, it isn't that simple as a broken charger. Try the following thing. Connect battery to the PDA, check that the battery LID is connected FIRMLY to the body (there is a contact there that woun't allow the PDA to start if the lid isn't connected properly, you may want to check it too, look carefully for a small black thing and check that it can be pressed). Then connect the pda for half hour to the charger, even if no light or amber led is flashing. Then make a master reset as showed here and connect the PDA to a usb sync cable with your computer. Press simultaneous the soft reset and the power button, then press only the soft reset button. The PDA should start. If not, there is a problem with a DC converter component on the mainboard or the connector I was talking about before. Even if the charger is broken, your PDA should power on from USB cable. Good luck, feel free to ask further questions and always remember to rate replies received from this site :)
