Are you talking about... ADMINISTRATOR'S PASSWORD, WORK GROUP PASSWORD to Server Database Login???
If you are talking about WINDOWS LOGIN at boot... try F5 or F8 to choose... DOS PROMPT(command prompt; safe mode command prompt is Ok as well)
Use the "CD" command to "change directory"... to change to the C:\WINDOWS directory---i.e...C:\Users\USER> cd C:\WINDOWS
Then use the command line... C:\WINDOWS dir /p/w
Now.... LOOK CLOSELY-- for "any files" with the extention of----
.pwd (this is the extention for "password files")
Simply......(example command line)---- del C:\WINDOWS\*.pwd
Type the word.... "exit" after first available Command Line to EXIT DOS... use CTRL-ALT-DEL to REBOOT

Go to the safe mode by pressing the f8 and f10 button when the comuputer turn on. when the options open then click on the safe mode then automatically there will be a option of Administrator account mostly it will not be password protected so using this account create a new account

try login in safe mode (press F8 up on booting), choose login as administrator, now you have full access to erase or modify the password and good luck

Hello, friend first will you start your pc in safe mode here will you get two account and will go another account and here will you remove the adminstrator passward without giving adminstrator passward. Please open your cpu in motherboard there is one mini cell is attached and it remove half and hour and then attached the cell in motherboard and then start your pc it will be unlock your bios passward.

Is this on Login or just Administration password?

Unless you can get hold of a Linux password recovery program to reset or remove the password from the Windows Administrator's login, you will need to reinstall Windows again, the device drivers and your programs.
In this process you will lose all your data that is stored on your hard drive.
If you want to save your data before you install Windows, remove the hard drive, connect it to an USB hard drive adapter (most likely you will need power to the hard drive) and plug it into the USB port of a working computer. This computer will see it as an external hard drive, copy your data you require so you can load it back onto your computer after you installed Windows.

You can connect your hard drive into a working computer on the 2nd IDE controller, then you can see this drive and copy your data files.

start it over and before anything comes up start pressing f8 that should take u into boot mode and u should be able to access administrators account and be able to erase the pasword (basically youre going through the backdoor )

Well, if this is your computer you purchased, ie: HP, Compaq, Gateway, etc. then more than likely the password is simple.... nothing. Not the word nothing, but a blank entry. Try that. IF not, then you could always press F8 while the computer powers on and then you can try to start the computer up into Safe Mode. and at the login screen there it may work. With the user name 'Administrator' and a blank password. If not, there are ways to remove Windows passwords.
