Monogram refrigator The inside digal numbers are saying 57 f how do i program it to be 37f where it should be, my food is getting warm??

Check that whatever switches the light on and off is making good contact. My GE fridge has a bottle cap glued to the inside of the door, crude but it works. Some are magnetically operated, so you could test with a rare earth magnet.

For a mere $73 you can purchase a new switch.

i doubt that it is the element as it gets warm
I suspect a faulty thermostat or oven switch
best have an electrician check it out.

May be one of the components in the High Voltage circuit has failed...Usually there is a relay or semiconductor switching device that turns on a tube called a magnetron..this magnetron is what heats the food...any one of the components in these circuits could have failed...I would have a repairman look at it to see if would even be worth it to get it fixed.

If there is heat do not switch on unless you have confirmed the fault. It is possible that the Magnetron is faulty.It is quite possible that insect can get into the oven and create soft spots.

So Remove cover after disconnecting , check for dirt/moisture in the cabin, if so wipe clean and dry, check the magnetron and area clean and use an jet air to clean off. There is a temperature cut off unit mounted on the side and it can be open so that there is no power to the magnetron.
Now keeping clear switch on , use a cup of water inside to test.
If not heating check the magnetron or the main HT capacitor can be faulty. replace with same type.
If there is heating without any issues , you can use the microwave safely

try using a voltage stabiliser .it may just solve ur problem..

the oven is not really able to cook on the fly,it is pre programmed so the times are set due to weight and mass.try to use the programs already set up and then trial and error will show which 1 to use,hope this helps

A frosty freezer in the back panel is an indication of a defrost failure issue. Problem may lie in the the control board, heater or defrost terminator. The problem usually is a broken defrost element. Hope that helps :)

I believe this is because it takes a while for your oven to cool down (the cleaning cycle uses a very high temperature to burn up the grease and food). The timer is how long it takes before it will be cool, at which time the oven will unlock.

what brand is this?? Model#? Is the freezer fan working?? Is the compresor running?? Is there any frost on the back panel in the freezer??
